prix best architects 2019 obtained by dreier frenzel architecture+communication for the "multi-familyhome chemin du martinet" building in renens. the new steel and timber structure was conceived and designed by structurame.
the historic beams are ready to be cleaned up (removal of the pcb paint). the restoration will follow current summer 2018.
